Counselling Psychologist and Senior Integrative Psychotherapist with 25+ years of experience in the NHS experience and psychotherapy training. Head of Supervision at The Minster Centre. At The Village Clinic, Philip provides clinical governance and strategic oversight.
Emma Kay
HCPC, BPS
Chartered Counselling Psychologist (PhD) with extensive NHS and charity sector experience, including MIND. Trained in DIT, psychodynamic, CBT, humanistic, and integrative therapies. At The Village Clinic, Emma provides clinical consultation and quality assurance.

Veronika Kloucek
Clinical Director |UKCP | BACP Senior Accredited | EAP | BPC (DIT)
Senior integrative relational psychotherapist with 10+ years of experience specialised in burnout, relationship issues, and cross-cultural complexities.
Trained at the Minster Centre, Veronika’s career spans Private Practice in Hampstead, Harley Street and Wimbledon, in addition to working in NHS IAPT services. She lectures internationally as well as at Roehampton University, where she trains the next generation of therapists.
Veronika founded The Village Clinic to make senior-level therapy genuinely accessible – matching each client to the right practitioner, rathe rathan leaving people to navigate overwhelming directories.
