Online Therapy with Senior Therapist

For adults over the age of 18.

Online Across the UK

We work primarily online, connecting you with senior therapists wherever you are in the UK. Some therapists in our network also offer in-person sessions – this can be discussed on your referral call.

Your Questions, Answered

Therapy can bring up many questions, and that’s completely normal. Here, we’ve answered some of the most common ones. If you need further clarification or have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

What Happens In the Free Referral Call?

We discuss why you’re seeking therapy, explore your background briefly, and understand your goals. This session orientates us so we can connect you with the right therapist. It carries no obligation to continue.

Why Weekly Therapy Sessions?

Most therapists work with weekly sessions. They build consistency, rapport and stability – key for effective therapy. They also support steady progress, deeper exploration, and timely responses to challenges, helping reinforce positive changes and lasting wellbeing.

Are Your Therapists Properly Qualified?

Yes. While titles like counsellor and psychotherapist aren’t legally protected in the UK, the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) operates an accredited register scheme. Professional Bodies such as the BAPC, UKCP, and NCPS safeguard clients through registration, accreditation, and chartered membership. All our senior therapists are rigorously vetted and hold recognised qualifications, so you can be confident in safe, high-quality care.

Is Confidentiality Guaranteed?

Yes, absolutely. All therapy is private, with exceptions only in rare safety-related circumstances – always discussed with you first.

Ready to Start Your Journey?

Your referral call is free, confidential, and carries no obligation. It’s simply a conversation – to make sure that if you start therapy with us, it’s with the right person.
